Voith Paper Fabrics India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to extend the current financial year of the Company by six months (in order to align the financial year as per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013), at its meeting, held on 28 April 2014.Accordingly, the Company shall now be closing its accounts for the financial year 2013-14 on 31 March 2015, subject to obtaining necessary approval of the Registrar of Companies in this regard. Further, the Company shall provide the exchange a copy of the approval obtained, upon its receipt from the concerned Registrar of Companies.
