Board of Voltamp Transformers recommends final dividend

Voltamp Transformers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2017, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 15 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
