The Board of Waa Solar at its meeting held on 04 September 2018 has approved the following -Approved of Resignation of Mangi Lal Singhi from the post of CFO however he continues to serve as Non Executive Director and appointed Tanmay Kabra as CFO of the Company.
Approved sale of investment held in Madhav Infracon (BK Corridor).
Approved sale of Equity Investment held in Madhav Infracon (Ghansore Mandla Corridor).
Company entered into MoU for purchase/acquire of shares of S. J . Green Park Energy to get control 99.62% over the Company.
Company entered into MoU for purchase/acquire of shares of Euro Solar Power to get control 94.55% over the Company.
Company entered into MoU for purchase/acquire of shares of Madhav Solar to get control 100% over the Company.
Company entered into MoU for purchase/acquire of shares of MI Solar (India) to get control 95.85% over the Company
