Wanbury announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 September 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:1. Resignation of A. L. Bongirwar as Independent Director of the Company vides his dated 28 September 2015.
2. Resignation of Dr. P. L. Tiwari as Independent Director of the Company vides his dated 18 September 2015.
The same was approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors from the close of business hours on 28 September 2015.
