At meeting held on 29 October 2015
Waterbase announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 October 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:- Adarsh Saran, Director of the Company has tendered his resignation from the Board with effect from 29 October 2015. The Board had accepted his resignation. Rahul Kapur has been appointed as Additional Director on the Board.
