WEP Solutions announced that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 23 December 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following:Proposal of raising funds through issue of securities on preferential basis in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2009, as amended and subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company and other necessary approvals, if any.
