Wheels India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended final dividend at Rs 4.20 per share for the year ended 31 March 2014.The final dividend recommended, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, shall be paid on or before 10 September 2014.
