The Board of Wockhardt at its meeting held on 11 May 2020 has approved raising of funds by way of equity shares, equity linked securities, or other eligible securities or a combination of any of the aforementioned securities by way of one or more public and/or private offerings, Qualified Institutions Placement and/or any combination thereof or any other method as may be permitted under applicable laws for an amount not exceeding Rs. 1,500 crore subject to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company and in such manner and on such price, terms and conditions as may be permitted under applicable laws.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
