Womens Next Loungeries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 July 2014, have considered and approved the following:1. Resignation of Jaiprakash R. Singh from the Post of the Independent Director effect from 01 July 2014. Further, Rajesh Bhanushali has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company with effect from 21 July 2014.
2. Resignation of Reena Bajaj from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the company effect from 30 June 2014, Further, Alka Prem Kumar Gupta has been appointed as Company secretary and Compliance officer with effect from 01 July 2014.
3. Company has been Reconstituted the Investor Grievances Committee.
4. Company has been established the Vigil/Whistle-blowing mechanism.
5. Company has been Reconstituted the Nomination and Remuneration.
