Yogi Infra Projects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 December 2014 has changed the composition of the Board of Directors in the following manner:1. Rajesh Agarwal resigned as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 03 December 2014.
2. Yogesh Dave resigned as Director of the Company with effect from 03 December 2014.
3. Chandrahas Shetty resigned as Director with effect from 03 December 2014.
4. Sanjay Agarwal was appointed as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 03 December 2014.
5. Prathamesh Ketkar was appointed as Independent Director of the Company with effect from 03 December 2014. 6. Ms. Shilpa Upadhyay was appointed as Independent Woman Director of the Company with effect from December 03, 2014. 7. Mr. Rajesh Agarwal was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from December 03, 2014.
