The Board of Yogi Infra Projects at its meeting held on 18 August 2018 has approved the following -Prathamesh Vinay Ketkar (DIN: 05150349) has resigned from the Board of the Directors as Independent Director of the Company with effect from 18 August 2018;
Dhaval Mansukhlal Joshi (DIN: 07929075) was appointed as additional Independent Director of the Company with effect from 18 August 2018.
