Zenotech Laboratories announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 January 2016 appointed Chintan Jitendra Shah as Independent Director of the Company, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in a general meeting.Further, the Company has informed that Virendra G. Bhatt has resigned from his office as Director of the Company with immediate effect.
