Brand Realty Serv to acquire 51% equity shares in Ecopulse Infra

Brand Realty Services announced in the board meeting held on 10 December 2013 that its directors of the company shall invest in Ecopulse Infra for acquisition upto a maximum of 51% equity shares within an overall investment limit of Rs 50 lakhs.
