Britannia Industries has on 03 June 2021 allotted unsecured, non-convertible, redeemable, fully paid up debentures having a face value of Rs. 29 each (bonus debentures) aggregating Rs 698.15 crore in accordance with scheme of arrangement to eligible equity shareholders as of 27 May 2021 (record date).
