Appointment effective 12 October 2015
Castrol India announced that the appointment of Omer Dormen as a Managing Director in place of Ravi Kirpalani was to be effective from 01 October 2015, subject to receipt of all statutory approvals.Omer Dormen is a foreign national hence his appointment is subject to receipt of work permit which is in the process of being issued. The appointment will therefore be effective from 12 October 2015 and till that time Ravi Kirpalani continues as Managing Director of the Company.
