He has been relieved from the services of the Company at the close of business hours on 21 August 2015.Further to resignation of K. Senthilkumar, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Charath Ram Narsimhan, Managing Director has been nominated as the Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
