With effect from 18 September 2015
Celebrity Fashions announced that the Board of Directors has appointed Uma Maheswari holding prescribed qualification as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f 18 September 2015, in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Agreement.Further, the Company Secretary shall act as Compliance officer of the Company in place of Charath Ram Narsimhan, Managing Director, for performing all the duties as prescribed under the listing agreement and other applicable Regulations.
