The Fund Raising Committee of Centrum Capital at its meeting held on 26 October 2017 has approved an issue of upto 10,000 (Ten Thousand only) secured, unlisted, unrated, redeemable, non-convertible, principal protected, market linked debentures bearing a face value of Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lac only) each, aggregating upto Rs. 100 crore (Rupees Hundred Crore only) on a private placement basis, in such tranches/series and at such coupon rates as may be approved by the Directors from time to time.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
