Century Plyboards (India) announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on 06 May 2014. However, the Financial Results could not be placed before the meeting as the same were not ready. This was due to technical disruption caused in company's server/ ERP system.The meeting has thus been adjourned and will be held on 10 May 2014.
