Century Textiles & Industries announced that one of the Company's Directors viz. Arvind C Dalal who was an independent member on the Board of Directors of the Company in terms of Clause 49 of the listing agreement resigned with effect from 02 May 2014 on account of health reasons.Further, three additional directors have been appointed on the Board of Directors of the Company as under. The category of directors as per Clause 49 of the listing agreement is also mentioned.
