Channel Nine Entertainment announced the following changes :1. Bhagat Singh has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 16 April 2014.
2. Further the current composition of the Management is as follows:
i. Gaj Raj Singh - Whole Time Director & Executive Director
ii. Neena Sood - Independent Director
iii. Asha Rani - Independent Director
iv. Kirti - Non Executive Director.
