Chembond Chemicals announced that the Company, on 09 April 2015, has allotted 15,950 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each upon exercise of 15,950 Options by Options grantees pursuant to the terms of the Chembond Chemicals Employees Stock Option Plan 2012 of the Company.Post allotment, the Company's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 66,76,362 shares of Rs. 10/- each.
