China share market finished session lower on Tuesday, 26 June 2018, as intensifying concerns of a trade war with the US sent investors away from risk assets. The tumble comes after a U.S. stocks selloff deepened Monday in response to news that the White House favors further restrictions on Chinese investment in U.S. technology firms. At the close of trade, the blue-chip CSI300 index fell 0.8% to 3,531.11 points, while the Shanghai Composite Index slid 0.5% to 2844.51. The Shanghai index has fallen 20% from its January peak, officially marking the bourse as a bear market.
