Mainland China share market finished the session inch higher on Friday, 20 June 2014, registering first gain in four consecutive days, as investors chased for bottom fishing, with technology and property shares leading the rebound. But rise on the upside was marginal amid concerns over new share sales will divert funds from existing shares. The benchmark Shanghai Composite closed 2.95 points higher from prior day to 2026.67. Trading turnover decreased to 53.24 billion yuan from yesterday's 74.63 billion yuan. The gauge dropped 2.1% this week.
