Cipla announced that the Board of Directors of the Company through a circular resolution on 28 November 2016 has appointed Ireena Vittal as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 01 December 2016 to hold office as an Independent Director of the Company.Further, Vittal is not related to any Director of the Company.
