Clariant Chemicals (India) has announced that the Company has closed the transaction for acquisition of masterbatches business of Plastichemix Industries, as a going concern, by execution of business transfer agreement.Effective from 10 April 2014, the business will be integrated with the masterbatches business of the Company, subject to necessary approvals.
