Clariant Chemicals (India) announced that its ultimate Global Holding Company Clariant (SIX: CLN) and Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) announced that their respective Board of Directors approved a definitive agreement to combine in a merger through an all-stock transaction. The merged company will be named HuntsmanClariant.
