Coal India intimates of transfer of shares by Govt. to 'Bharat 22 ETF'

President of India transfers ,92,99,613 equity shares to 'Bharat 22 ETF' at a value of Rs 506.51 crore

Coal India announced that Ministry of Coal, Government of India acting for and on behalf of the President of India has transferred 1,92,99,613 equity shares to 'Bharat 22 ETF' at a value of Rs 506.51 crore which is 0.31% of total equity share capital of the Company. Post transfer, holding of President of India is 4,87,56,71,716 equity shares or 78.546% of equity share capital of the Company.
