Competent Automobiles Company announced that Yadvinder Goyal has resigned and ceased to be Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company and have accordingly been relieved from services of the Company with effect from 30 April 2014.Further, the Company has informed that Ravi Arora has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 01 May 2014.
