Confidence Petroleum firms up after commissioning LPG stations in TN

Confidence Petroleum India rose 2.72% to Rs 32.05 at 11:31 IST on BSE after the company said it commissioned two new auto LPG dispensing stations in Tamil Nadu.

The announcement was made during trading hours today, 19 December 2017.

Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 96.57 points, or 0.29% to 33,698.25.

On the BSE, 2.66 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far, compared with average daily volumes of 5.08 lakh shares in the past two weeks. The stock had hit a high of Rs 33 and a low of Rs 31.20 so far during the day. The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 34.40 on 7 December 2017. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 6.65 on 23 December 2016.

 

With the addition of two new auto LPG dispensing stations in Tamil Nadu, now total 114 auto LPG dispensing stations of Confidence Petroleum India are in operation across India.

On a consolidated basis, net profit of Confidence Petroleum India rose 578.41% to Rs 5.97 crore on 17.58% rise in net sales to Rs 130.97 crore in Q2 September 2017 over Q2 September 2016.

Confidence Petroleum India is manufacturer of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders for domestic, as well as commercial use.
