Sales decline 2.34% to Rs 1557.89 crore
Net profit of Container Corporation Of India rose 9.63% to Rs 335.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 306.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 2.34% to Rs 1557.89 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 1595.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.For the full year,net profit declined 9.76% to Rs 858.02 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 950.82 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 5.33% to Rs 5606.13 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 5921.73 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
