Container Corporation of India to consider sub-division of equity shares

Container Corporation Of India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 April 2018, inter alia, to consider the approval of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2018, declaration of Final Dividend, if any, and also consider sub-division of Company's equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each.
