Cosboard Industries at the board meeting held on 25 January 2018 has approved the conversion of Unsecured Loan of Promoter/Promoter Group into Equity Shares of Co. towards adjustment of their entitlement in the proposed Rights Issue, subject to approval Shareholders,Moreover with respect to the Rights Issue, the proposed Rights Issue was withdrawn by Lead Manager, Navigant Corporate Advisors Ltd from SEBI, Kolkata. The Co. has now appointed Mark Corporate Advisors Pvt Ltd as Lead Manager for the proposed Rights Issue.
