Promoter holding increases to 43.32%
Cosmo Films announced that Pravasi Enterprises, a Promoter Group Company has on 24 August 2015, acquired 33,981 Equity Shares of the Company by market purchases in terms of Regulation 3(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011.Consequently, the Promoters holding stands increased to 8422420 Equity Shares constitute 43.32% of total Equity Shares of the Company.
