Cosmo Films announced that the Company has entered into a definitive MOU for purchase of about 34 acres of industrial land adjacent to its existing manufacturing plant on 16 acres of land at Waluj, Aurangabad, Maharashtra for setting up new production facilities in due course.The MOU is expected to be implemented within 4 months on receipt of regulatory approvals.
