CRISIL at the nomination and remuneration committee held on 17 April 2014, has granted 2,860,300 stock options to the employees and whole-time Directors of CRISIL and its subsidiaries at an exercise price of Rs. 1,217.20 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme.
