Crompton Greaves Consumer Electrical Ltd gained 3% today to trade at Rs 259.25. The S&P BSE Consumer Durables index is up 0.28% to quote at 24796.88. The index is down 6.72 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Bajaj Electricals Ltd increased 1.98% and V I P Industries Ltd added 0.39% on the day. The S&P BSE Consumer Durables index went up 19.94 % over last one year compared to the 12.48% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
