Dermoviva Skin Essentials Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dabur India, on 05 April 2018 has acquired 100% share capital of (i) D and A Cosmetics Proprietary Limited, and (ii) Atlanta Body & Health Products Proprietary Limited, both incorporated and having operations in the Republic of South Africa.Accordingly, both the Companies have become step down wholly owned subsidiary companies of Dabur India w.e.f. 05 April 2018.
