DCB Bank has allotted 1,03,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each on 30 May 2014, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOPs) of the Bank.Post allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 25,04,38,272 shares of Rs 10 each.
