DCM Financial Services announced that the Board has accepted the resignation of Rajeshwar Singh as the Director of the Company with effect from 13 August 2015.The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 13 August 2015 have appointed Sehdev, as the Additional of the Company with effect from 13 August 2015, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
