Buyback scheme closed on 04 September 2014
DCM Shriram announced that the Company has bought back 34,87,183 equity shares of Rs.2/- each fully paid (Le. approx. 22.22% of the Maximum Buyback Size) up to September 04, 2014, under the buyback offer which was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 22 February 2014.The scheme for Buyback of shares commenced from 05 March 2014 and closed on 04 September 2014.
