Board accepts resignation at meeting held on 14 August 2014
Deccan Polypacks announced that D R S P Raju, Managing Director of the Company ceased to be the Managing Director of the Company consequent upon his resignation, in compliance of the Companies Act, 2013, whereby he cannot continue as Whole Time Director in Two Companies.The Board of Directors at Board Meeting held on 14 August 2014 accepted the resignation of D R S P Raju, as Managing Director and placed on record the services rendered during his tenure as Managing Director.
D R S P Raju continues to be a Director on the Board of Directors of the Company.
