Dee Kartavya Finance will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 02 May 2014, inter alia, to transact the following:- Proposal to raise resources by way of fresh issue of equity shares of the Company on preferential basis in compliance with Chapter VII of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and Section 42 of Companies Act, 2013.
