To hike stake in Macro Commerce
Den Networks has entered into an Agreement with Jasper Infotech for increasing equity stake of the Company in Macro Commerce ("Macro"). The increase in equity stake includes by way of subscribing to rights issue for Rs 5 crore and purchasing equity shares worth Rs 1 crore, aggregating total investment of Rs 6 crore in Macro.
