DEN Networks gains after bulk deal

DEN Networks advanced 3.58% to Rs 157.80 at 10:38 IST on BSE after 0.22% equity changed hands in a bulk deal today, 15 January 2014.

A bulk deal of 4 lakh shares was executed on the DEN Networks counter at Rs 153.05 per share at 09:17 IST on BSE today, 15 January 2014.

Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 185.76 points, or 0.88%, to 21,218.64

On BSE, so far 4.84 lakh shares were traded in the counter as against an average daily volume of 59,412 shares in the past one quarter.

The stock hit a high of Rs 160 and a low of Rs 153.05 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 238.35 on 25 January 2013. The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 110.45 on 5 December 2013.

 

The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till 14 January 2014, advancing 12.85% compared with the Sensex's 1.53% rise. The scrip had, however, underperformed the market in past one quarter, falling 3.02% as against Sensex's 2.06% rise.

The small-cap company has equity capital of Rs 178.20 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.

DEN Networks' consolidated net profit fell 28.2% to Rs 11.18 crore on 31.4% rise in net sales to Rs 266.32 crore in Q2 September 2013 over Q2 September 2012.
