Under bonus issue
Dewan Housing Finance Corporation announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 September 2015 has allotted 14,58,56,530 bonus equity shares of Rs 10 each in the ratio of 1:1. The said bonus equity shares rank pari-passu in all respect with the existing equity shares of the Company.Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 145.85 crore dividend into 14,58,56,530 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each to Rs 291.71 crore divided into 29,17,13,060 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
