Aggregating Rs 200 crore with greenshoe option of up to Rs 100 crore
Dewan Housing Finance Corporation announced that the Company proposes to issue Secured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures amounting to Rs. 200.00 crore and a Greenshoe option of upto Rs. 100.00 crore on Private Placement basis, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 32nd Annual General Meeting held on 20 July 2016, on the terms and conditions.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
