Dhanuka Agritech announced that Shubha Singh, Company Secretary has resigned from the services of the Company vide her e-mail dated 07 September 2015 and steps down as the Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. the close of working hours on 06 November 2015.Further, V. K. Bansal, Chief Financial Officer will be acting as Compliance Officer to comply with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013, Rules framed thereunder, Listing Agreement entered into by the Company with the Stock Exchange(s) and all other applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations w.e.f. 07 November 2015.
