Pursuant to scheme of arrangement
Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea announced that the Scheme of Arrangement between Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea (DPTL), Dhunseri Tea & Industries (DTIL), Dhunseri Infrastructure (DIL) and their respective shareholders for demerger of Tea division of DPTL to DTIL and re-organisation of IT SEZ Division of DPTL to DIL, has become effective on 01 September 2014. In accordance with the scheme, DTIL will be listed in the Bombay Stock Exchange as well as the National Stock Exchange and DIL which will be a subsidiary of the Company will not be listed in any stock exchange.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
