Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea fixes record date for scheme of arrangement

Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea announced that the Company has fixed Record Date as 19 September 2014 for the purpose of reckoning the names of eligible equity shareholders of the Company to whom the equity shares of the Dhunseri Tea & Industries will be allotted pursuant to the scheme.
